  1. If you register online, you automatically agree to our terms and conditions.
  2. Cancellation must be made in writing to Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre on or before 30 September 2017 via email. No refunds will be issued if cancellation is received after 30 September 2017 or if the registrant is a no show.
  3. Refunds will be made within 2 months after HKArbWeek. Bank charges will be deducted from the refund. Refunds will be paid in HKD.
  4. A replacement is welcomed with prior notice to the HKIAC at no extra charge should the registered delegate be unable to attend. However, all notices on the change of delegates must be made by 10 October 2017 via email. We do not accept verbal cancellations.
