Cancellation and Refunds

- If you register online, you automatically agree to our terms and conditions.
- Cancellation must be made in writing to Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) on or before 30 September 2021 via email. No refunds will be issued if cancellation is received after 1 October 2021 or if the registration is a no show.
- Refunds will be made within two (2) months after HKARbWeek. Bank charges will be deducted from the refund. Refunds will be paid in HKD.
- A replacement is welcomed with prior notice to HKIAC at no extra charge should the registered delegate be unable to attend. However, all notices on the change of delegates must be made by 7 October 2021 via email. We do not accept verbal cancelations
